Anaheim Chili Red is not our hottest pepper but still offers a mild hotness which makes it attractive for cooking and using in Mexican dishes such as Chilis Rellenos. The thick-walled fruits turn from green to deep red as they ripen and can be harvested at different stages. The vigorous plants provide great foliage cover for the hot peppers.

Planting Instructions:

Extremely productive Anaheim pepper plants

I find Anaheim pepper plants hard to find locally. I always order from GrowJoy. We've eaten so many and have frozen more for adding to soups this fall/winter.

I just can't believe how beautiful these Anaheim Pepper plants turned out to be. I have large tomato cages for them because they have grown so big. I have about 7-10 peppers that are full grown on each plant and they are amazing.
