It starts blooming Early September. Belgian mums are prized for their large number of flower buds, sometimes as many as 1000 per plant. They are tough and resistant to damage, and do not need pinching or staking.
Urano Orange Belgian Mum Plant Care Instructions: Keep plants moist and well feed. A weekly application of a water soluble fertilizer works best. Snip off any flowers that start blooming early. When the flowers start showing color in the fall, stop fertilizing. Continue to keep the plants moist. After the first hard frost, the plant can be cut back to the ground. Bought these for my wedding in October! The packaging was excellent, and exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to see them grow bigger!

I ordered six Belgian mums in April they arrived a few days ago, and I am amazed at the quality. These are by far the healthiest plants I have ever received by mail order. As a rule, mums don't like our climate but if these survive, I will definitely be buying more from GrowJoy next spring!

Fast shipping, and we LOVED how the seedlings were packaged in special trays that locked like boxes to keep them from damage during shipping. So far so good: this Urano Orange Belgian Mom seedling arrived looking alive and well, and was promptly planted according to the directions a couple weeks ago, and still looks great, and started increasing in size. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the fall!
