Best Plants, Great Packaging, Real Value
Blauer Heinz Buxus is a variety of English Box or boxwood that is extremely slow-growing and forms a particularly dense, round shrub, even without pruning. The blue-green foliage of this boxwood has a glaucous, or powdery, coating similar to what you might see on red grapes. It gives the deeply-colored foliage a silvery appearance, especially when in bright light, though the more shade, the bluer and deeper the color of the foliage. Use as a low hedge or as a specimen plant in a rock garden.
