Plant Features

Crystal Fountain™ is one of the more unusual varieties. The first petals are an wide, oval, leaf-like shape with sharply pointed tips that are a remarkable shade of deep, periwinkle blue. The inner petals are just slightly lighter, but are profusely growing, wispy and slender, mimicking the fountain-like bursts of fireworks or an exceptionally pretty water fountain. These incredible blossoms are 4-5-inches across, start blooming in late spring and repeat bloom through September. You just have to see this one! Pruning back by 1/3 in late winter.

Our Clematis Plants are cultivated with the utmost care and are pesticide-free, ensuring they are a safe and healthy choice for your garden. Guaranteed to arrive vibrant and ready to grow!

Planting Instructions:

Crystal Fountain Clematis

Purchased this last year. Arrived healthy. Survived our Ohio winter and is now sporting lots of leaves. Hoping it will flower this year.

Lovely Clematis

I have a client who asked specifically for this type of clematis two years ago. I visited and called nurseries up to an hour away to source it, but no one carried it. I found it here (along with another plant I was having difficulty finding elsewhere) and it arrived healthy and happy. We didn't expect blooms this year but it we got some and it is absolutely lovely. My client is very happy with the purchase.

Crystal Fountan--Not just a sprout in a pot!

My Clematis came perfectly packaged and with substantiation size, complete with it's own chop-stick sized stake! This was not a sprout in a dixie cup but a good 10" of green viney plant ready to thrive. Very pleased! I'm two weeks out and she's doing lovely! Can't wait for blooms!

Very nice!

I bought Crystal Fountain Clematis plant last summer. It overwintered well in my zone 4/5 garden without protection. Bloomed early this spring, and the flowers are very beautiful and long lasting! Love it!
