These versatile peppers are perfect for fresh eating in salads, frying, stuffing, or pickling and can be harvested at any stage of maturity. Starting pale yellow and ripening through orange to vibrant red, they offer excellent color and taste throughout the season. Planting Instructions:

Gypsy Peppers

I've grown many varieties of sweet peppers, and these have been my favorite by far. They have the best flavor, are the perfect size for stuffing, and have produced abundantly. Highly recommend!
