Let's Dance® Arriba Hydrangea offers all the impactful color you're looking for on a cute, compact plant. The color will vary according to your soil pH, but no matter which shade you get, you'll be happy! Flowers ranges from a rich violet-purple color on acidic soils to a saturated pink on alkaline soils. Let's Dance® iArriba! is an intensely colored miniature rebloomer.

Planting Instructions:

  • - Can be planted anytime the soil temps are 60F

Soil Preparation:

  • - Ideal soil pH: 5.5-6.5 for blue blooms; slightly higher pH (6.5-7.0) for pink blooms
  • - Prefers moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter

Watering Specifics:

  • - Water deeply during the first growing season to establish roots
  • - Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during dry spells

Fertilizer Type:

  • - Apply a slow-release, balanced fertilizer in early spring
  • - For blue blooms, use a fertilizer formulated for acid-loving plants

Pruning and Training:

  • - Remove spent flowers after blooming to encourage new blooms
  • - Avoid heavy pruning, as reblooming hydrangeas flower on both old and new wood

Additional Pest Management:

  • - Monitor for pests such as aphids, spider mites, and slugs
  • - Ensure good air circulation to prevent powdery mildew and leaf spot

Temperature Tolerance:

  • - Mulch around the base to retain soil moisture and protect roots from extreme heat or cold

Can't wait

This arrived last summer small but healthy and was planted per instructions. So far so good. Didn't do much last year but is showing growth this year. Can't wait to see the blooms.
