Lime basil herb

Packed well and healthy.

Lime Basil

Good size plant. I purchased another one from another seller and it did not live. This one was a very nice size and it is doing really well.

Lime-erific!

This Lime Basil is vigorous, attracts the bees, and smells amazing. The leaves and stems are somewhat fuzzy and the little bracts with tiny white flowers add texture to my container garden. I use it for cocktails, salad dressings, marinades, iced tea, or just to add an herbal hint to water. The flavor is very citrusy with a distinctive lime taste that is delicious. The plant arrived healthy and well-packaged and I started harvesting/snipping about 20 days after planting in early June. It's been growing strong ever since and getting bushier every day.

Lime Basil is wonderful!

I ordered two of these plants and they are growing really great! The taste is different than any basil I’ve ever had and I really love it. They arrived in perfect condition.

Lime Basil Herb Plant

This little Lime Basil is really good chopped and sprinkled on fresh fish and skinless chicken breast tenders before breading to bake. Delicious! This was my first time ordering herbs from GrowJoy, and was very happy with how they improved our meals. Nancy Gebhardt

Hard to find Herb Plant

Over the past several yrs have changed the primary thrust of my gardening from flowers to herbs. Especially love to grow unusual, hard to find herbs. Only once, a few years ago, have I found Lime Basil locally. Gave up hunting & ordered a few plants GrowJoy. They came beautifully packed and in perfect condition, happily taking root. When planting, I dig a hole, fill it with water, a dab of fertilizer, set plant & back fill. Have never lost a single one by this method.

Lime Basil-Lime Skittles!

That was my first thought when I smelled this plant. The kids all love to brush their hands through it and then run around sniffing their fingers. I can't wait to try it with some fish!

Basil Lime

Yum! This herb is really pretty with small long delicate leaves and tastes wonderful as another green in salads. I planted it in a pot on my patio and will bring it inside to over-winter in Colorado.

Very Satisfied

This is the second year I have purchased herb plants from GrowJoy and it will not be my last. The packaging is meticulous (individual partitions for each plant). The plants were considerably healthier and larger than those I previously purchased online from a large Home Improvement Store. The plants are thriving in containers on my balcony.
