Princess Caroline Pennisetum Grass Plant

The Princess Caroline Pennisetum (Fountain Grass) Plant was developed by Dr. Hannah and is named after one of his granddaughters; Caroline is also referred to as Purple Fountain Grass or Ornamental Napier Grass. With individual blades just a little wider and more boldly textured, Princess Caroline is more pendulous than the original Princess but is also more disease resistant and more tolerant to heat and humidity. Plant Caroline and her sisters tallest to shortest, back to front, for superb summer color and architectural interest!

Planting Instructions:

• - Can be planted anytime soil temperatures are above 45°F
