Soft Serve® Chamaecyparis Plants is a compact, conical falsecypress with graceful, soft branches and bright green leaves flecked with silver-blue on the underside. This evergreen is a sport of the popular 'Boulevard' cultivar and is a great alternative to dwarf Alberta spruce. It is extremely adaptable, but grows best in moist, well-drained, lime-free soils. No pruning is required to maintain its compact size, although minimal pruning can be done in the summer to keep it smaller.
