Sum and Substance is a very large Hosta with a strong growth habit. Large chartreuse leaves can grow up to 16" large and form huge mounds in the garden. The leaves have a thick substance and exhibit good slug resistance. Pale lavender blooms appear in mid to late summer. The foliage is a brighter gold if placed in more sunlight.
