My favorite season for gardening is Spring because it gives my plants time to establish roots so they can become hardier before the hotter summer season.
Also, it makes my garden look beautiful for a longer time!

Early Spring, because that's when I can find petunias and snapdragon starts in the garden centers for good prices! Here it is mid November and I still have some petunias blooming!  But none like the Strawberry Sky Petunia!

I live in Michigan and experience all 4 seasons. I have a seasonal outdoor garden in my backyard and a year round indoor garden. I grow annual flowers, vegetables, herbs, and butterfly host plants outdoors in the spring, summer, and fall. I grow annual flowers including impatiens, vinca, and begonias indoors under grow lights all year long. My favorite gardening season is late spring because the weather is perfect and that is when nurseries have a wide selection of plants available.

Fall is my favorite time to plant. All my plants are still visible and I know where to plant new plants. Then I look forward to seeing the new plant in the spring.

I love springtime for planting. The anticipation of what is to come is what I love. It may take months and work but it is so much fun.

I enjoy getting out of the house and back outdoors in the early Spring. The fresh air and the cool days make gardening a pleasure. The strawberry petunia would look lovely in a pot on m front porch. Thank you for the opportunity to win one.

My favorite gardening season is fall because I enjoy the late, wild-looking blooms at the end of the season. I am also planting bulbs and perennials for next spring. Finally, I am planning for the spring based on what grew well this year and what did not.

I love spring, when the flowers are beginning to bloom again after the bare winter.   The temperature is not unbearably hot, not too many weeds are growing yet and the colors are spectacular after winter's gloom.
